The chief objects of the Norwich Diocesan Association of Ringers are:

1. the advancement of the Christian religion, principally within the Diocese of Norwich, by the ringing of bells for Christian worship and on other appropriate occasions.
   
   
2. the advancement of the education of the public in the art and science of bellringing, by promoting and encouraging the practice of bellringing and by supporting the recruitment, training and development of bellringers.
